HopeWorks Honors Star Graduates
HopeWorks recognized three Star Graduates at its December graduation ceremony. Star Graduates have been employed for at least 1 year. David Jones was in Class 61, graduating in 2009. He was fun to have in class and is friendly and outgoing. He has been employed at MidSouth Home Phone for 2 years as an account executive. Ray Hayes, in Class 73, just needed someone to give him a chance to prove he was a hard worker and nice guy. He has been employed with MidSouth Home Phone for 1½ years as the Lifeline Coordinator, a position they created for him to help their current clients with problems and service issues. Joyce Harper had just gotten custody of 3 grandsons when she began Class 32 at HopeWorks. While going to class, she also was an advocate to get her grandsons the help they needed. After HopeWorks, she was hired by the Macon Rd church of Christ Day Care as their cook, and she has been working there for 9 years. We are proud of these HopeWorks graduates and all they have accomplished.
