Chief Operating Officer

DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
JOB STATUS: Exempt

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HopeWorks, a Christian faith-based 501c3 organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success. The COO is a crucial member of our senior management team, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In this position, you’ll have to manage and control diverse business operations and function, so we expect you to be a hardworking and inspiring leader. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Success Coach

DEPARTMENT: Workforce
REPORTS TO: Workforce Director
JOB STATUS: Exempt

The HopeWorks Success Coach provides referral services and other complex resource information to participants in each department within HopeWorks. The work involves interviewing employees to identify problems, determining the level of assistance needed, and referring employees to the appropriate agency, program or other follow-up service.

Responsibilities will require effectively communicating with member’s staff of various socio-economic groups as well as other agencies, anti-poverty workers, all levels of supervisory and management roles and the general public.

Job Developer

DEPARTMENT: Workforce
REPORTS TO: Director of Workforce
JOB STATUS: Exempt

The Job Developer is a key role in HopeWorks Mission. Overall objective is to develop and/or connect HopeWorks’ program participants to opportunities that will work to eliminate barriers and help to maintain successful employment and recidivism reduction.
